When you are ready to award a package to a subcontractor or supplier, navigate to your Schedule.
Select the package you are ready to award.
You will be directed to the Procurement Responses tab for all of your issued enquiries for this package.
Select the three dots next to the subcontractor or supplier you wish to award your package to and select 'Mark Package as Awarded'
You will then be prompted to stop sending notifications to confirm the subcontractor that was awarded the package and stop additional subcontractors or suppliers that were issued an enquiry from receiving further correspondence.
You have the option to notify any subcontractors or suppliers that they were unsuccessful when pricing this package or you can choose not to inform them via E1.
Marking the package as awarded will update the status within the package itself and also update on your Letting Schedule.
