The Letting Schedule is a really powerful tool that allows you to prioritise which packages you work on, collaborate with your team and track high-level financial results. Below is a guide to the visual indicators you will come across as you work on your letting schedule.

Package Status

The status of a package is summarised in the Status column.

There are three package statuses that you will come across:

Draft’ - When no enquiries have been sent to subcontractors for your package.

Pricing’ - enquiries have been sent for pricing but no decision has been made to award.

Awarded’ - These are the packages that have been awarded to subcontractors. Hover over the ‘Awarded’ badge to see which subcontractor your package was awarded to.

Priority

Nominate the importance of a package by selecting from the following priority status options:

Selecting 'Critical' provides the option to add a note to the package. This note is only visible within your team, and can't be viewed by Subcontractors or Suppliers.

Quote Coverage

Quote coverage gives you a snapshot of responses you can always mouse over to see the exact amount.

Colour Coded fields

The different colours indicate the progress and areas that require your attention, facilitating your tracking of essential procurement dates for your project.
