How to resolve or manage multiple E1 accounts

How to know if you have multiple accounts

If any of the following is happening to you, there is a chance you might have accidentally created multiple E1 accounts:

  1. You receive multiple Monday Morning or Mid-Week Update emails
  1. You receive an email from us asking if you would like to create an account after being invited to a project
  1. You are missing projects from your Watchlist that you added
  1. You can't find all enquiries to projects that you're receiving
  1. You can't see the rest of the team you're a part of under the 'Team' tab

It's okay, these things happen. If you think this might have happened to you, reach out to us at

What if I need two accounts?

Some people, particularly those who manage teams in multiple locations, need access to more than one E1 account.

We understand you need to access multiple teams across your organisation, and we're happy to help you with this. Reach out to our support team for a chat.

If you need to navigate between multiple accounts, click on your name in the top right hand corner to bring out the drop down menu. Here you’ll be able to switch between your multiple accounts.

If you can’t see your other accounts you could be signed in under the wrong email address. Any issues, please reach out to us as these situations are usually quite unique.

Am I able to merge my account with a colleague's account?

Of course, we actively encourage you do this.

Having one account per company means you can collaborate on projects with your colleagues and ensure you’re not double handling / missing work.
