The Coverage Dashboard is a tool to help you quickly identify which trades are under-covered, which subcontractors are quoting, and where to focus follow-up efforts. This dashboard provides a real-time overview of your quote coverage, enabling you to make more informed decisions and mitigate risks effectively.
Views and Filters
The Coverage Dashboard offers two views to help you analyse your data effectively with each row showing the companies invited to quote per package, providing a detailed view of their status.

Understanding The Cards
Each “Card” will show:
- Company Name
- Document Status
- The contact who uploaded a quote most recently or, the contact with the most recent response
- Most Recent Note

How are company-level responses determined?
If you have invited two or more contacts at a company to quote, we identify a response contact that represents the company using this hierarchy:
- The company's quote status is Quoted if a contact is marked that way.
- Otherwise, it's Quoting.
- Otherwise, it's Not Quoting.
- Otherwise, it's No Response.
If multiple contacts have the same quote status, we use this hierarchy:
- The contact who uploaded a quote most recently.
- Or, the contact with the most recent response.
