Occasionally you may be tendering a project that requires subcontractors or suppliers to complete a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) before accessing documentation.
In order to manage this, we recommend creating two projects - one with the NDA document, and the second listed privately with the trade packages.

- Create your first project with the NDA document only, this project can be listed publicly or privately. For a step by step guide to creating a project, click here
- If you list the NDA project privately, now is the time to send an enquiry to subbies/suppliers
- Now create your second project and make sure to list it privately; the second project contains all of the project packages
- The subbie or supplier may submit the signed NDA through the quote process, in which case it will be automatically attached to their enquiry in the Invites & Responses tab of the project

If the subbie/supplier returns the NDA via email, you can upload the document as a quote manually following the instructions noted here.
- Once the signed NDA is received you can then send the subbie/supplier an enquiry for the private second project, knowing that only people who have completed the agreement can access the relevant package details
- You can now manage the second project as usual
